The Care Team (TCT) provides transaction coordination services to participating agents in our brokerage to ease the burden of managing paperwork and contract-to-close duties.

 

A transaction coordinator, or TC, is someone who assists a real estate agent by performing the administrative duties required during each stage of a transaction from contract to closing.​

Tired of waiting on commissions because of past-due paperwork or missed deadlines?  Let us help control the chaos! Join the other agents who routinely use a Transaction Coordinator to make sure documents are "compliance-ready", submitted on time, loaded into Command, and most importantly to GET YOU PAID ON TIME! *TCT is paid at closing by the title company.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Retrieve contract paperwork from the agent and upload all required documents in Command for compliance approval.

  • Send open lines of communication email to all parties including lender, title, and co-op agent. - Ensure all contingencies are cleared

  • Follow-up appraisal, inspection, HOA docs, etc.

  • Communicates with all parties of the transaction. 

  • Follow-up with the lender on the loan process.

  • Provides clear communication to the agent for every step of the transaction. At a minimum, daily updates are provided Monday-Friday.

  • Communicate with the agent when additional items are needed in the event compliance is not approved upon the first submission.

  • Create and submit the opportunity tab so a DA can be generated.

  • Send DA to the title company.
